To be honest, this recipe was a jugaad to use up all leftovers from the previous meal....!!
The balls turned up as evening time snacks.
I believe in minimizing wastage of resources and regularly use up leftovers in some or the other way.

Recipe Time & More
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 Mashed Potato (boiled and)
- 1/2 cup French Beans (peas , cauliflower etc ( use as per your taste preference ), or vegetables boiled vegetables like)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp Shezwan Chutney (shezwan chutney)
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Flax Seeds (roasted)
- 2 tbsp White Sesame Seeds (heaped)
- to Oil (deep fry)

Instructions
- Mash the cooked rice with pav bhaji masher. Mix up all ingredients and make small balls. Deep fry to Golden brown. Serve with red chilli sauce.
