- 1 tbsp Coconut Cream full-fat
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips optional, choose a keto-friendly brand
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds roasted, for topping
- 1/4 cup Keto-Friendly Sweetener erythritol or stevia to taste
Instructions
Preheat & Prep
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
Combine Wet Ingredients
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, cottage cheese, coconut cream, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
Combine Dry Ingredients
