- 3/4 cup Sweetened Milk (approximately 175ml), condensed
- 1 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
Optional
- 1 Salt enhances chocolate flavor
Instructions
Preheat & Prep
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan or 8x8 inch baking pan.
Combine Dry Ingredients
- In a large bowl, whisk together the semolina, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt (if using).
Combine Wet Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, milk, and vanilla extract.
Combine Wet and Dry
