For the Tea Infusion

  • 1 medium Amla indian gooseberry, diced
  • 2 tsp Honey or to taste, organic
  • 300 ml Water

Prepare the Infusion

  • Combine dried neem flowers, dried ginger powder, crushed peppercorns, and turmeric powder in a small teapot or heat-safe infuser.

Steep the Herbs

  • Pour 150ml of boiling water over the herb mixture. Let it steep for 5 minutes.

Add Amla

  • Add the diced amla and pour in the remaining 150ml of boiling water. Steep for another 5 minutes.

Strain and Sweeten

  • Strain the tea into two cups. Add honey to taste.
