Ingredients
 

For the Neem Paste

  • 1/2 cup Neem Leaves approximately 20-30 leaves, adjust to your preference. wash thoroughly., fresh
  • 1/4 cup Water for making the paste.

For the Drink

  • 1 glass Water filtered or spring water recommended.
  • 1 tsp Honey Or Lemon Juice optional, to improve taste. add after straining.

Instructions
 

Prepare the Neem Paste

  • Wash the neem leaves thoroughly under cold running water. Place the leaves in a blender or food processor with 1/4 cup of water. Blend until a smooth paste forms.

Strain the Neem Paste

  • Strain the neem paste through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a bowl, pressing gently to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the pulp.

Prepare the Drink

  • Add the strained neem juice to a glass of water. Stir well. For added taste, you can add a teaspoon of honey or lemon juice at this stage.

Consumption Instructions

  • Drink the neem juice on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning. Wait at least one hour before eating breakfast.
