- 1 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions
Prepare the Pearl Millet
- Dry roast the pearl millet in a medium flame for 5-10 minutes, or until fragrant and you hear a popping sound. Let it cool completely.
Make the Jaggery Syrup
- Crush the jaggery and combine it with water in a pan. Cook over medium heat until a syrup-like consistency is achieved. Strain the syrup and set aside.
Grind the Pearl Millet
- Grind the cooled pearl millet into a fine powder using a mixer grinder. Sift the powder to remove any coarse particles. Grind the remaining coarse particles again and sift.
Roast the Cashews
- Heat the ghee in a pan. Add the cashews and roast until golden brown. Set aside some roasted cashews for garnish.
Combine and Shape the Laddoos
- In a bowl, combine the sifted pearl millet flour, ginger powder, cardamom powder, salt, and a small portion of the jaggery syrup. Mix well.
- Add a small amount of the ghee and roasted cashews to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
- Take a small portion of the mixture and form into a ball, pressing firmly. Place a cashew on top of each ladoo. Repeat this process until all the mixture is used.
Store and Enjoy
- Store the laddus in an airtight container. They will stay fresh for about a week.
