- 1 cup (250g) gm Pearl Millet Flour bajra atta
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder adjust to taste, red
- Salt to taste

- Mix pearl millet flour, sesame seeds, cumin seeds, red chili powder, and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water, mixing until a smooth, pourable batter forms. Stir in the chopped dill and grated potato. Let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes.
Cook the Appams
- Heat an appam pan or a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease each cavity or the pan with oil.
Pour and Cook
