Ingredients

- 1 cup Rolled Oats
Vegetables
Protein & Other
- 1/4 cup Tofu cubed
- 1 tbsp Mango diced, fresh
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed
Seasoning
- Salt to taste, black
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder jeera powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
Chutneys (Optional)
- 2 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
- 1 tbsp Mint Chutney
Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients
- Finely chop the cabbage, tomatoes, and cucumber. Dice the mango and tofu.
Combine the Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, cooked chickpeas, sweet corn, pomegranate seeds, chopped vegetables, tofu, and mango.
Season and Mix
- Add the lime juice, cumin powder, chaat masala, black salt, and regular salt. Mix well to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Serve
