Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cup Multigrain Idli/Dosa Batter prepared according to package directions; f2f brand recommended
- 1 tsp Nigella Seeds
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste

- 1-2 tsp Refined Oil for greasing silicone molds
- Tomato Ketchup Or Chutney for serving
Instructions
Prepare the Muffins
- Grease 6-8 silicone muffin molds lightly with refined oil.
- In a mixing bowl, gently combine the multigrain idli batter and salt. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overmix.
Fill and Top the Molds
- Pour the batter into each prepared mold, filling them about 2/3 to 3/4 full.
- Sprinkle nigella seeds evenly over the top of each muffin.
- Top each muffin with a small amount of grated carrot and chopped beans.
Steam the Muffins
- Place the filled muffin molds in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover the steamer and steam for 10-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Serve
- Once cooked, carefully remove the steamer lid and let the muffins cool slightly before demolding. Serve warm with tomato ketchup or your favorite chutney.
