Instructions

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
Add Bottle Gourd and Yogurt

Bake the Cake
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9-inch round cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35-40 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

Expert Tips

- Make sure your bottle gourd is thoroughly grated to ensure even distribution in the cake.
- Don't overmix the batter; overmixing can lead to a tough cake.
- Check the cake for doneness at 35 minutes to avoid overbaking.
