Ingredients
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 3 Chilli green
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Leaves
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds
- 3 tbsp Puree carrot and beans, made of beetroot
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander
- 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Ghee
Instructions
Prepare the Beetroot Puree
- Steam or boil the beetroot, carrot, and green beans until tender. Blend until completely smooth.
Cook the Chilli Paneer
- Heat ghee and oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds, carom seeds, and fenugreek leaves; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the chopped onions and garlic; sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook for another minute.
- Add the chopped cashews and green chilies. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the beetroot puree and yogurt. Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Gently stir in the paneer cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer is heated through and coated evenly in the sauce.
- Serve hot with rice, naan, or roti. Enjoy!
