Cook the Chilli Paneer

  • Heat ghee and oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds, carom seeds, and fenugreek leaves; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped onions and garlic; sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
  • Stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook for another minute.
  • Add the chopped cashews and green chilies. Sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add the beetroot puree and yogurt. Mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Gently stir in the paneer cubes. Cook for 2-3 minutes, ensuring the paneer is heated through and coated evenly in the sauce.
  • Serve hot with rice, naan, or roti. Enjoy!
