Grapes And Curd Kulfi

- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 20 Green Grapes

Instructions
- Hung the curd in a muslin cloth for 4 - 5 hours in a freeze,now we get thick curd. Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel till thick. Once the milk is reduced to 1/4 add sugar and mix well and take off from the flame
- Whisk the thick curd and add in the milk,add grapes and mix well. Pour it into air tight container or kulfi mould and keep in the freezer for 4 - 5 hours. Serve chilled.
