Ingredients
- 2 cup Batter farmztofamiliez adai multi dal
- 1 cup Soya Chunks
- 1 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Coriander dhania, chopped
- 2 tsp Mint Leaves chopped
- 1 Onion large sized, sliced into long pieces
- 1.5 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 2 Tomatoes chopped, cut into thin round slices, medium sized
- Lettuce
- 2 tsp Mustard Sauce
- 1 Potato or boiled raw banana will also do boiled
Instructions
Prepare the Soya Pattice
- Mix the cooked and squeezed soya chunks with red chili powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, boiled potato, mint, coriander, salt. Mix well. Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into discs.
Cook the Adai Buns
- Lightly season adai batter with salt. Heat a tawa or skillet. Pour small amounts of batter to make thin, round adai pancakes. Drizzle a little oil around the edges. Cook until light brown on both sides.
Cook the Soya Pattice
- Cook the soya pattice on the same tawa. Once firm and lightly browned on one side, top with onion slices. Flip and cook the other side until browned.
Assemble the Burgers
- Place a soya pattice on an adai bun. Top with tomato slices, lettuce, and mustard sauce. Cover with another adai bun.
Serve
- Serve the Adai Burgers immediately and enjoy!
