Expert Tips for Perfect Fish Egg Cutlets
- For extra crispy cutlets, allow the mixture to rest for 10-15 minutes after combining all ingredients. This allows the flours to absorb moisture.
- Adjust the amount of green chilies according to your spice preference. Start with one and add more if you prefer extra heat.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when frying. This will lower the temperature and result in soggy cutlets instead of crispy ones. Cook in batches for best results.
- Experiment with different spices and herbs to customize the flavor of your cutlets. Adding a pinch of turmeric or red chili powder can add depth and color.
