- 2 medium Potatoes and thickly sliced, boiled, peeled, russet or starchy potatoes
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil for frying
For the Sprouts Mixture
- 1 cup Sprouts and chana dal sprouts, boiled, mixed, moong, mung bean
- 1 tsp Chili Powder red
- 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
For the Topping
- 4 tbsp Yogurt plain, whisked
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tsp Chutney green
- 2 tsp Chutney sweet
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder roasted
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder for garnish, red
Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes
- Heat a non-stick tawa or skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil and carefully place the potato slices. Cook until golden brown on both sides, ensuring even crisping. Set aside.
