  • 2 medium Potatoes and thickly sliced, boiled, peeled, russet or starchy potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil for frying

For the Sprouts Mixture

  • 1 cup Sprouts and chana dal sprouts, boiled, mixed, moong, mung bean
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder red
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste

  • Heat a non-stick tawa or skillet over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil and carefully place the potato slices. Cook until golden brown on both sides, ensuring even crisping. Set aside.
