- 250 gm Peas boiled, frozen are fine, green

- 4 tsp Coriander Powder or use 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander, roasted
- 3 Chilies finely chopped, green
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida hing
- 1/2 tsp Salt black, or to taste, regular salt can be substituted
Finishing Touches
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp Ginger Juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup Cream sour
- 1/2 cup Carrot finely chopped
- 1 Tomato for garnish, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Coriander for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes and Peas
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Add boiled baby potatoes, asafoetida, and boiled green peas. Season with black salt and toss to coat.
Add Aromatics and Spices
- Add the finely chopped carrots and green chilies. Stir well to combine.

- Stir in the roasted coriander powder and lemon juice. Remove from heat.
