- 1-2 Chili adjust to your spice preference, finely chopped, green
- 1/2 - 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup Coriander finely chopped, for added flavor and freshness
- 1/2 cup Oil for frying; use a high-smoke point oil like vegetable or canola oil

Prepare the Batter
- Drain the soaked green moong dal and rinse thoroughly.
- Combine the drained dal, ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves, and salt in a blender.
- Blend into a smooth batter, adding a little water if needed to achieve a slightly thick consistency.
