Ingredients

- 100 gm Corn Kernels fresh or frozen, steamed, sweet
- 2 medium Potatoes boiled and mashed
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Chili finely chopped, green
- 1 tbsp Butter softened
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumb
- 1.5 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder, or to taste, plus 1/2 tsp red chili powder
For Serving:
- Ketchup or chutney of your choice
Instructions
Prepare the Corn and Potato Mixture
- Mash the boiled potatoes thoroughly. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, corn kernels, lemon juice, chopped green chili, softened butter, bread crumbs, salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
Shape and Cook the Kebabs
- Shape the mixture into oblong kebabs. Arrange the kebabs on a microwave-safe plate.
Microwave Cooking
- Place the plate on the high rack of your microwave oven. Select the charcoal mode (or equivalent setting for crisping) on your LG convection microwave. Cook until the kebabs are golden brown and crispy, checking periodically. This may take 5-7 minutes depending on your oven.
