- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder red

- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise eggless mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Ketchup tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Chili Sauce red
- 1 tsp Herbs a mix of oregano, and basil, dried, parsley, thyme
- 1 pinch Pepper black, coarsely ground
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander finely chopped

- 2 tbsp Oil for frying, vegetable or canola oil
Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes
- Parboil the baby potatoes until tender but still firm. Gently press each potato between your palms to slightly flatten them.
Coat the Potatoes
