Marinade

- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1.5 tsp Salt or to taste
Batter
- 1/2 cup Gram Flour besan
- 2-3 Chili finely chopped, green
- 1 tbsp Onion paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder for extra spice, optional, red
- 1/4 tsp Cumin for added flavor, optional

- Oil as needed, for shallow and deep frying

Prepare the Fish Eggs
