Ingredients
 

Quinoa & Potato Base

  • 1/2 cup Quinoa Flakes organic farmers co. preferred
  • 1 Potato boiled and mashed, medium sized

Aromatics & Vegetables

  • 1/2 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Coriander finely chopped (cilantro), fresh
  • 1/2 cup Carrot grated

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mash the boiled potato thoroughly in a bowl.
  • Add the quinoa flakes, onion, coriander, carrot, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  • Form a soft dough; set aside.

Baking

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease it with olive oil (optional).
  • Shape the dough into small, lemon-sized balls.
  • Flatten each ball into a disc between your palms.
  • Arrange the patties on the prepared baking tray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Flip the patties and bake for another 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
