Expert Tips for Perfect Arvi Tikkis
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of garam masala or other preferred spices.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a tablespoon or two of water to help bind it together.
- To prevent the tikkis from sticking to the pan, lightly grease your hands with oil before shaping them.
- For a healthier option, bake the tikkis in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
