- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala adjust to taste
- 1 tsp Flax Seeds ground flaxseed for better binding
- 1/2 cup Carrot finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Bell Peppers finely chopped, any color
Optional additions
- 1 Onion finely chopped, for extra flavor, small
For Frying/Glazing
- 1 tbsp Oil for glazing the cutlets
