Recipe Notes

Expert Tips for Perfect Rice Cutlets

  • For extra crispy cutlets, use slightly stale bread. The bread will absorb excess moisture from the rice mixture.
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. This will ensure even cooking and prevent the cutlets from steaming instead of crisping.
  • Adjust the cooking time depending on your air fryer and the thickness of the cutlets. Check for doneness after 8 minutes.
  • Feel free to experiment with different spices and herbs to customize the flavor of your cutlets. Add some chopped fresh cilantro or green chilies for an extra kick!
