Recipe Notes

Expert Tips for the Perfect Yogurt Herb Cheese:

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat Greek yogurt. The higher fat content will result in a creamier, more luxurious spread.
  • Don't over-drain the yogurt. Leaving a bit of moisture will create a smoother, more spreadable texture.
  • Adjust the herbs to your preference. Feel free to experiment with different combinations of fresh herbs to create your own unique flavor profile.
  • Serve with crusty bread, crackers, vegetables, or as a topping for salads or grilled meats. The possibilities are endless!
