Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for the Perfect Cheese Terrine:
- For the best flavor, use high-quality, fresh ingredients. The quality of your cheese will significantly impact the overall taste.
- Roast your own red peppers for a deeper, richer flavor. You can easily do this by roasting them over an open flame or in the oven.
- If you don't have lollo rosso lettuce, any other type of red leaf lettuce or even baby spinach will work well.
- Feel free to experiment with different herbs and spices to create your own unique flavor combinations. Consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat.
