- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Water for soaking the agar agar.
Instructions
Prepare the Agar Agar Base
- Soak the agar agar in 1/4 cup of water for 10 minutes to soften.
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
- Add the soaked agar agar to the boiling milk and whisk continuously until it dissolves completely and the mixture is clear.
- Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
Combine Yogurt and Flavorings
- In a large bowl, combine the plain yogurt and honey. Whisk until well combined and smooth.
- Divide the yogurt mixture into two equal parts.
- To one half, stir in the vanilla extract.
