Spinach Preparation
- 1 cup Spinach fresh spinach leaves, thoroughly washed and roughly chopped
Spices & Seasoning
- 1.5 tsp Salt adjust to taste
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder adjust to your spice preference
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp Water for adjusting consistency

- Blanch the spinach leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes. Immediately transfer to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Squeeze out excess water and finely chop the spinach.
Blend the Spinach (Optional)
