Instructions
Prepare the Cookie Dough
- Sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Form the dough into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Bake the Cookies
