- 1 Large Egg or 4 tbsp milk for a vegan option
- 50 gm Chocolate melted; you can substitute with semi-sweet chocolate, dark

- 150 gm All-Purpose Flour
- 5 gm Coffee Powder instant
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Optional Topping
- 20 gm Chocolate Chips dark, milk, or semi-sweet
Instructions
Prepare the Dough
- Cream together the softened butter and coconut sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg (or milk) until well combined. Stir in the melted dark chocolate.
Combine Dry Ingredients
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, instant coffee powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
