Chocolate Cookie Crust

Instructions
Prepare the Cookie Crumbs
- Grind 1 cup of chocolate cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or blender. Transfer the crumbs to a shallow dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to firm up.
Assemble the Tartufo
- Select your silicone molds. Fill each mold completely with high quality vanilla ice cream, leaving no air pockets.
Add the Cherry Surprise
