- 0.5 tsp Baking Powder

- 135 gm Butter omit the salt in the recipe., softened to room temperature; if using salted butter, unsalted
- 120 gm Caster Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Optional additions
- 0.25 tsp Salt only use if using unsalted butter.
- All-Purpose Flour as needed, for dusting the work surface.

Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients
