Ingredients
For the Chur Chur Dahi Base
For the Fruit & Topping Layer
- 1 Banana ripe banana preferred, sliced
- 1/4 cup Grapes black, depending on size, halved or quartered
- 3 Strawberries sliced
- 2 tablespoons Strawberry Syrup hershey's or similar brand
- 2 tablespoons Fruit tutti frutti, candied, candied mixed fruit
Instructions
Prepare the Chur Chur Dahi Base
- In a bowl, gently combine the flattened rice (poha) and yogurt. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the poha to soften and absorb some of the yogurt. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more yogurt. Stir in the honey.
Assemble the Parfait
- In a serving glass or bowl, start with a layer of tutti frutti.
- Add a layer of banana slices and a few black grapes.
- Drizzle with 1/2 to 1 tbsp of strawberry syrup.
- Spoon a generous layer of the prepared curd and poha mixture over the fruit.
- Top with another layer of yogurt. You can also use some extra of the curd mixture here.
- Add another layer of your favorite fruits: banana, grapes, tutti frutti, and strawberries.
- Finish with a final drizzle of strawberry syrup.
- Your Chur Chur Dahi is now ready to enjoy!
