Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for the Best Eggless Dulche de Leche Oatmeal Cookies:
- Don't Overmix: Overmixing the dough can lead to tough cookies. Mix until just combined.
- Adjust Milk as Needed: The amount of milk needed may vary depending on the type of flour and oats used. Add milk gradually until you achieve the desired consistency.
- Chill the Dough (Optional): For thicker, chewier cookies, chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before baking.
- Experiment with Mix-ins: Feel free to get creative with your mix-ins! Try adding chocolate chips, raisins, dried cranberries, or other nuts.
