  • Add mutton mince, garam masala, salt, Kashmiri chili powder, and tomato paste. Stir well to combine.
  • Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water (1 cup max) if it gets too dry.

Combine and Finish

  • Once the mutton is cooked, stir in the black pepper, boiled macaroni, and half of the chopped coriander.
  • Top with cheese slices. Cover the pan and cook until the cheese melts completely.

Serve

  • Garnish with the remaining coriander and serve hot.
