Ingredients
- 250 gm Mutton mince
- 1 cup Macroni Elbow macroni elbow
- 5 slices Cheese
- 1.5 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder red
- 1 tsp Pepper black
- 1/3 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Onion finely chopped, large sized
- 2 Tomato Paste large sized
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1/3 cup Butter
- 2 tbsp Garnishing or coriander chopped coriander for
Instructions
Prepare the Macaroni
- Boil elbow macaroni in salted water with 1 tbsp of oil until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
Cook the Mutton
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until softened. Add ginger paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add mutton mince, garam masala, salt, Kashmiri chili powder, and tomato paste. Stir well to combine.
- Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add water (1 cup max) if it gets too dry.
Combine and Finish
- Once the mutton is cooked, stir in the black pepper, boiled macaroni, and half of the chopped coriander.
- Top with cheese slices. Cover the pan and cook until the cheese melts completely.
Serve
- Garnish with the remaining coriander and serve hot.
