Recipe Notes
Expert Tips for Perfect Parathas
- For extra flavor, use a combination of fresh and dried herbs in the paratha dough.
- If your dough feels too dry, add a tablespoon of water or milk at a time until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Don't overcrowd the pan when frying the parathas. This ensures even cooking and prevents sticking.
- For a spicier salsa, add more green chilies or a pinch of cayenne pepper.

Interesting recipe … Spinach Paratha with a twist or Italian spinach Paratha, I would say. I usually make various paratha like carrot, Spinach, broccoli where I will make and puree and knee the dough with this but I am going to try adding herbs. If my daughter is happy then this recipe is a hit. Thanks
