Ingredients
- 2 leaves Cabbage
- 1 cup Moong (sprouted)
- 1 tbsp Coriander (or paste paste)
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds (crushed)
- Lemon Juice
- Spring Onion (chopped)
- Green Chillies (chopped)
- Oil (for shallow fry)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Par boil the sprouted moong and keep aside.
- Take a pan add oil, coriander paste and tomato paste stir for a minute. Then add par boiled sprouted moong. Add crushed coriander seeds and salt.
- Add chopped spring onion, chopped green chillies and lemon juice. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Another side take soft cabbage leaves from inside. Wash and par boil.
- Now fill the leaves with cooked sprouted moong. Then wrap and shallow fry and pack for tiffin box.
