Parcel means we can pack many more food which will remain long time fresh. It can be packed for tiffin box. Every one has right to be healthy that is the motive.
2 cabbage leaves
1 cup sprouted moong
1 tbsp coriander paste
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
Chopped spring onion
Chopped green chillies
Oil for shallow fry
Salt to taste
Par boil the sprouted moong and keep aside.
Take a pan add oil, coriander paste and tomato paste stir for a minute. Then add par boiled sprouted moong. Add crushed coriander seeds and salt.
Add chopped spring onion, chopped green chillies and lemon juice. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Another side take soft cabbage leaves from inside. Wash and par boil.
Now fill the leaves with cooked sprouted moong. Then wrap and shallow fry and pack for tiffin box.
