Ingredients
  

  • 3 leaves of cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated cabbage
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 3 teaspoon couscous paste
  • 3 teaspoon coconut paste
  • 3 green chilli
  • 3 spring onion strips
  • 3 teaspoon mustard sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 3 teaspoon mustard oil
  • Fried jackfruit pieces
  • Salt

  • Take 3 cabbage leaves big sizes for parcel.

  • Jackfruit should be tender.

  • First boil then drain out the excess water. Then fry the jackfruit pieces.

  • Fried jackfruit should be marinated with curd, grated cabbage, turmeric powder, green chilli, couscous paste, coconut paste, mustard sauce salt and oil.

  • Now fold like parcel tie with spring onion strips. Then shallow fry.

  • Take out the cabbage parcel.

  • Open the parcel and serve with steam rice.
