- 225 gm Cottage Cheese paneer. ensure it's fresh and high-quality for best results.
- 1/4 cup Sugar powdered
- 1 tbsp Gulkand rose petal jam
For Assembly
- 8-10 leaves Betel Leaves fresh betel leaves, also known as beetle leaves. choose young, tender leaves for best results.

- Mash the paneer thoroughly until it becomes completely smooth and soft. You can use a food processor for a quicker and smoother result.
Combine Ingredients
- Add the powdered sugar and gulkand to the mashed paneer. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined and the mixture is evenly sweet.

- Gently wash and pat dry the betel leaves. Take one leaf at a time and place a small amount of the paneer mixture in the center. Roll carefully to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining leaves and filling.
