Ingredients
For the Lassi
- 300 gm Yogurt plain, full-fat yogurt; also known as curd
- 50 gm Rabri store-bought or homemade condensed milk
- 25 gm Cashew Paste soaked cashews blended until smooth
- 2 tsp Sugar adjust to taste, powdered
- 1/2 tsp Saffron Strands or 1/4 tsp saffron infused in 1 tbsp milk
For Garnishing
- 10 Almonds sliced or chopped
- 1 Earthenware Glass Or Serving Bowl optional, but enhances the presentation and drinking experience
Instructions
Prepare the Cashew Paste
- Soak the cashews in warm water for at least 30 minutes. Drain and blend into a smooth paste.
Blend the Lassi
