Prepare the Nuts

  • Dry roast cashews and walnuts in a dry pan until lightly browned. Set aside.

Sauté Aromatics

  • Heat ghee in the same pan. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add Onion (Optional)

  • If using, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Combine Ingredients
