Cook the Squid

  • Add the cleaned and cut squid to the pan. Stir well to combine with the masala. Add salt to taste. Cover the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the squid to release its juices.

  • Open the lid, stir in the garlic paste and curry leaves. Continue to cook until the sauce has thickened slightly and the squid is cooked through (about 2-3 more minutes). Do not overcook.
