Ingredients

- 2 Potato boiled and peeled, large
For the Raita
- 500 gm Yogurt greek yogurt recommended; can also use whipped curd, full-fat, plain
- 1 tsp Salt adjust to taste
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds roasted and ground
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder adjust to taste, red
- 2 Chili finely chopped, green
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped (cilantro), fresh
Instructions
Prepare the Potatoes
- Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Once cool enough to handle, grate the potatoes.
Make the Raita
