Ingredients
Chia Seed Base
- 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
Buttermilk Chia Refresher
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt pink
- 1/4 tsp Salt black
- 1 Tbsp Mint Leaves chopped, for garnish, fresh
Lemon-Mint Chia Cooler
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt pink
- 1/4 tsp Salt black
- 1 Tbsp Mint Leaves chopped, for garnish, fresh
Tamarind Chia Elixir
- 1/4 cup Tamarind Paste sweetened
- 1 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan Salt pink
- 1/4 tsp Salt black
Instructions
- Start by preparing the chia seed base. In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds with 1/2 cup of water. Stir well and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the water and develop their signature gel-like texture, which thickens the drinks and provides a pleasant consistency.
- For the Buttermilk Chia Refresher, combine the soaked chia seeds with buttermilk, pink Himalayan salt, and black salt. Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added touch of freshness. The mint complements the tangy buttermilk beautifully.
- To make the Lemon-Mint Chia Cooler, combine the soaked chia seeds with water, lemon juice, pink Himalayan salt, and black salt. Stir well.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves. The mint enhances the citrusy notes of the lemon, creating a refreshing flavor combination.
- For the Tamarind Chia Elixir, mix the tamarind paste with water until smooth. Then, add the soaked chia seeds, pink Himalayan salt, and black salt. Stir to combine.
