The superb herb brahmi leaves recipe in a Naga Style Chutney. Brahmi is one super food having lots of medicinal properties. It is also used widely in ayurveda.

Ingredients
- 2 leaves Brahmi Leaves - 2 Cups (brahmi)
- 10 Green Chillies
- 1 large Tomato
- 1 Fish (dry medium)
- 4 Garlic
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Wash the brahmi leaves nicely and collect on the leaves.
- Prick the green chillies. Heat a tawa over gas top.
- Roast the green chillies, tomato and dry fish till all roasted well about 10-12 mins.
- In a mortar and pestle coarsely ground the green chillies, garlic cloves an dry fish.
- Then add the peeled tomatoes and ground them coarsely together.
- Remove in a serving bowl, add the brahmi leaves, mix well and serve.
