Breakfast with leftover chapati.Sometimes we are in hurry and we have to pre-plan for breakfast. I have leftover chapati and going to reuse the Indian bread. I used lot of green vegetables and cheese.

Ingredients
- 4 chapati
- 1 bowl mixed vegetables
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1/2 cup Cheese Grated
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1 tsp Mixed herbs
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes

Instructions
- Heat oil add garlic paste, mixed vegetables and salt. Stir fry for a minutes.
- Spread grated cheese then cover and cook for another few minutes.
- Sprinkle with black pepper, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and tomato sauce.
- Fill in the chapati then fold and cut. Serve with tomato sauce.
