Breakfast with leftover chapati.
Sometimes we are in hurry and we have to pre-plan for breakfast. I have leftover chapati and going to reuse the Indian bread. I used lot of green vegetables and cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chapati
  • 1 bowl mixed vegetables
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup Cheese Grated
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil add garlic paste, mixed vegetables and salt. Stir fry for a minutes.

  • Spread grated cheese then cover and cook for another few minutes.

  • Sprinkle with black pepper, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and tomato sauce.
