Tikki With Leftover Rice And Leftover Sweet Potato

  • 2 cup left over cooked rice
  • 2 no boiled sweet potato
  • Salt
  • 2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chili
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp puffed rice powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • oil for frying


  • take a large bowl and mix all ingredients instead off oil . heat the pan and make the tikki with the mixture and shallow fry the tikki both side till golden . serve hot with green chutney.


  you can also use leftover sabji.
