  • 250 gm Chick Peas or white, or chana white chana soaked and boiled
  • 1 - Cucumber tomatoes, onions - cups chopped
  • 1-2 tsp Salt black pepper, chaat masal - as per taste, or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice


  • Mix all the ingredients well using fork. Take a whole wheat chappati/ pita bread/ lettuce leaves, place the preapred salad in centre and fold to make a wrap. Cut the wrap from centre and serve immediately with freshly made chickpea salad.
