Barley grain has amazing cooling effects on our bodily health. Muskmelon being a high water content fruit and being rich in potassium helps to fight fatigue. Both these ingredients play a vital role in keeping our body well hydrated.
Further I have included palm sugar as the sweetener which is highly rich in vitamins and minerals. So, Why not make healthy cooler and beat the heat during summer?

Enjoy the complete nutritional effect of this drink by avoiding ice cubes / crushed ice as the ingredients used in this drink are a natural cooler themselves.
I used 200 ml measuring cup.
